Winners are working with a pioneering organisation in order to recruit an Operations Administrator into their growing Planning and Operations Team.

Based in modern, high-tech offices on the outskirts of Redruth and reporting to the Operations Manager this hire is vital to the continued success of the team and wider organisation and will present a multifaceted, varied and commercial opportunity to end job holder. The key purpose being to ensure an accurate and efficient administrative support to add value, speed and increased service delivery to clients, customers and business partners alike.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Taking telephone enquiries promptly and accurately, disseminate information or direct calls through to the correct department.

Handling customer requirements, booking appropriate equipment and agreeing timeframes and costs for work.

Scheduling and planning future work.

Managing the diary for the team professionally taking into account geographical locations as to not over stretch, over book, double book work scheduled.

Written and verbal communication with external partners and customers, responding to requests in an appropriate manner and timeframe.

Logging client information and maintaining the CRM and Workflow System.

Assisting with stock checks, ensuring equipment, supplies and stationery are kept in adequate supply.

Assisting with general office duties to include filing, scanning, photocopying when required.

Liaising with other departments within the organisation and enhancing and building professional relationships internal and external to the organisation.

This truly varied role would suit someone already experienced in an Administration/Co-ordination office based role.

You will be a confident communicator with a professional and helpful demeanour and be able to demonstrate excellent customer focus and organisation skills.

The successful applicant will be experienced within an administration capacity and possess solid working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems. You will be able to prioritise workloads and be comfortable communicating with customers, team members and senior managers alike.
