Finance Administrator. Pertemps Recruitment are recruiting a Finance Administrator to join a successful business on a full time permanent basis. As the Finance Administrator you will work in a stand alone role and your responsibilities will cover a number of duties, including reception and telephone work, purchasing, sales administration, client account administration and filing. Your finance administration duties will include entering PO numbers on to the system. Receiving deliveries updating supplier invoices and checking supplier statements. You will be responsible for bank reconciliations and the bank account and credit card. You will despatch orders as requested and receipt the client payment, also invoicing purchases made. This is a busy and varied role and will need high levels of skill and accuracy, aswell as a confident personality and the ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to change. The successful Finance Administrator must be able to work accurately to deadlines and have great organisational skills. This is a full time office role Monday to Friday. 9am to 6pm.
