The Company Our client is an established Brand of childrenswear clothes. They are now looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join their team. This is a new role and has come about as a result of their continued growth They are looking for a candidate with strong hands on experience in communications, PR, social media and email marketing experience and with management and leadership skills. Marketing Communications Manager - The Role: Making sure the Brand is always seen in all the right places at the right time whilst managing external PR agencies Managing Social Media such as Facebook, own website, wholesale intranet, Instragram, Twitter, Pintrest and every other emerging social platform Email communications - work with acquisition coordinator and E-Commerce team, making sure there is a continuous flow of new converts through well managed, exciting and engaging campaigns and strategies, monitoring what’s working and what’s not, Cost per Acquisition and budgets. Retention – ensuring that customers hang around for a very long time Working with their Retention Co-ordinator to plan and implement a marketing plan that will achieve growth and revenue targets. This includes loyalty schemes, promotions and tracking of AOV, order rates etc Work with their Brand Manager and their creative team to ensure that all communications look and sound fabulous Manage internal communications by producing engaging monthly newsletters to keep the whole of team entertained with all the latest news and gossip. Also keep the MD informed with a monthly report about what’s been done, what’s worked and what’s not and learnings and ideas for the future. Marketing Communications Manager - The Candidate: With a background in marketing and communications you’ll be highly experienced in delivering a holistic communication strategy across a variety of channels, including (but not limited to) social media, PR and email. Creative and innovative thinker and ‘out of the box’ problem solver. Excellent communicator in the spoken and written word, with accuracy and great attention to detail. Proven experience creating brand engagement through PR, email, social media and other communication channels. Able to manage and motivate a small team. Super organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Computer literacy. You’ll be brimming with creative and innovative ideas to continue to improve engagement with their brand.
