Advancing People Multilingual are recruiting for a fluent French speaker to join an established marketing agency with a multichannel approach to business development. As a Business Development Manager you would assist in the promotion of different clients' brands. You will work closely with clients and reach out to the target market to advocate the services and products the clients you represent have to offer, as well as feedback results to the client and your supervisors. We appreciate the everyone has to start somewhere, so if you do not have years of experience - we still want to hear from you as long as you have that special something and the drive to create new business opportunities and growth for the company's clients. The ideal person for this role is someone who has a spark, a driven personality and great communication. This is a part-time position working 20 hours a week. Responsibilities: Meeting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and targets agreed with client. Development of an effective telemarketing sales approach, Constant improvement of sales calling skills like objection handling, closing, and open questions Willing to learn all client's target market and the value of their product, in order to effectively promote their brand and create new business opportunities Meeting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and targets agreed with client. Actively participate in analysis of the market and provide feedback to clients. Research and managing information to aid the development of client's sales strategy - via all relevant tools like the internet, the news media, and other online platforms Generate market research reports and Produce clear, concise emails and reports to clients and prospects. To follow administrative procedures correctly Work independently and as part of a team. Accept and provide feedback in a constructive manner. . The ideal candidate: Must be fluent in both French and English , in the verbal and written form. Great communication skills and adaptability to different people's communication styles Microsoft office and CRM systems experience desirable Always willing to learn, take feedback well, and grow to improve on performance Committed and professional - to ensure accurate and high quality representation of clients Resilient and has a positive approach to overcoming challenges. Team player Able to manage multiple projects - plans and manages time effectively. Determined, with a 'never-give-up' attitude The salary for this position is £19-23,000 pro rata depending on experience.
