Business Admin Contract Manager. Pertemps Recruitment are recruiting a Business Admin Contract Manager for a new challenging role. The company is very successful and due to growth they have a supervisory role with a mixture of Client Business Account Management and People Management of a small administration contract and customer services team. As the Business Admin Contract Manager you will be an effective 'business partner', taking ownership for new business implementation and working proactively to ensure a successful client focused service delivery. Responsible for delivering internal operational excellence through building strong working relationships, managing contract budgets to pre-agreed margins and managing internal SLAs and processes to achieve business goals. Your role will focus on New Business Development and Set Up, Contract Management and Client Relationships, Operational Excellence/Performance Management, Resourcing. You will manage, motivate, coach and develop direct reports/contract team members to create a client focused environment of empowerment and high performance. The successful Administration Business Contract Supervisor will be Client-Orientated with Group-orientated leadership, Planning and Organising skills, Business Communication Skills, Problem Solving ability, Drive and integrity and Budget/scope management skills. You will be educated to A level standard or equivalent/proven relevant experience. With experience of leading complex, successful service/client-facing administration teams in a Business-to-Business environment. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills including experience of building successful and effective relationships at a senior level. You will also have experience of leading and managing individuals and teams, have knowledge of core financial and commercial accounting principles with experience of managing budgets. You will have the ability to deliver in a fast moving, pressurised environment to meet demanding deadlines and SLAs, with experience of leading and managing projects and experienced in supporting business winning activity, including presenting to clients. Excellent IT skills and good operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel). Salary is circa £30,000 negotiable and Permanent. Full Time office hours Monday to Friday.
