Volunteer Cornwall is a county-wide organisation that supports the development of individuals and communities through volunteering in a number of ways. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in the following position:
This is a part time post – 3 days per week (22½ hours) based in Truro
Salary £25,951 per annum pro rata
All of Volunteer Cornwall’s activities rely on effective financial, administrative and IT support, and we now require a Finance Manager to provide this support to our operational services and Accounts and Administration Team. The post-holder will also assist with Information Governance (training provided).
Applicants must have very good managerial, financial and administrative skills, and an ability to work as part of a team to achieve often tight deadlines. Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, as is attention to detail and a friendly “can-do” attitude. Applicants should ideally have accounts office experience.
