Role: Sous Chef

Salary: Up to £9.50 due to experience

Location: Churchtown, Saint Agnes TR5 0QP

Chefs mostly work in the back-of-house. They take part in the creation of recipes and the preparation of advanced items. A primary duty is the continued efficiency of the kitchen and cleanliness production of consistent quality food

Key responsibilities:-

  • With responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
  • Working with all kitchen staff in a team based environment
  • Producing menus and new dishes

What sort of hours will I work?

Full time position - 40 hours a week

What skills do I need?

  • Excellent cooking skills
  • An understanding of produce and ingredients
  • The ability to write menus that are both creative and profitable
  • Blue chip management skills
