Sales & Marketing Administrator

Department: Sales & Marketing

Work hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)

Primary Purpose of Position:

Prime responsibility of this role will be to provide support to the Business Development Team so they can maximise their time in contact with customers/potential customers to develop new business. This dynamic role will require attention to detail with tasks being completed correctly and on time. The customer is key and providing them with exceptional service will be essential to us winning new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Product Consultant's calendar kept full of customer appointments and liaise with Business Development Team to fill
  • Updating customer notes in NetSuite following Product Consultant's customer visits
  • Raise quotes as requested for Business Development Team
  • Creation/Sending of emails/letters on behalf of Business Development Team
  • Telesales
  • Quotes follow-up
  • Opportunity follow-up
  • Sending of samples and Customer Intro Packs, then scheduling follow-up call by relevant Business Development Team member
  • Creation/updating of Meeting Agendas

Other Responsibilities:

  • Customer Account Management kept up-to-date in NetSuite
  • Creation of customer specific price lists and customer special pricing on NetSuite
  • Ensure customer database up-to-date and maintained in NetSuite
  • Follow-up of new customers one week after placing first order to ensure happy with product and service
  • Customer liaison ref Marketing Assist requests
  • Admin tasks as required
