Quality Systems Manager £32,000 - £38,000, excellent benefits package Truro, Bodmin, St Austell, Launceston, Plymouth, Cornwall, South West A leading FMCG food manufacturer is currently seeking a Quality Systems Manager to join their team. Responsible for a team of QA technologists this role reports into the Head of Technical. Quality Systems Manager responsibilities include: Maintain all documentation, maintaining working procedures (SOPs) and assisting in training. In charge of amending, issuing and actioning all internal product standard specifications in line with customer requirements. Conducting internal audits i.e. General Manufacturing practises, personnel hygiene/ safety, and documentation. Third party customer audits, visits, external audits i.e. BRC, AIB audits. Designing new templates for product standard specifications and maintaining all the documentation. Liaising with management regarding any KPI issues, GMP non-conformances and seeking permanent solutions to solve them. Supporting NPD and Manufacturing departments during new product launches or any queries regarding current product specifications. Ensuring that product recipes, procedures and all related product information comply with customer requirements. Liaises with all relevant departments in developing procedures/work instructions/ training materials in relation to food safety, quality and legality as required. You will be a Quality Manager / Quality Systems Manager used with systems experience and be used to working in a high paced manufacturing environment.
