Marketing Executive. Pertemps Recruitment are recuiting for a Marketing Executive to join a successful creative business in Plymouth. The marketing executive will be responsible for the marketing activities as well as being the first point of call for all incoming marketing enquiries. Your job will be: Email campaigns Product analysis for weekly campaigns - liaise with sales office / review sales reporting Sole responsibility to provide campaign content elements each week Delivery of structured content, within deadlines, to relevant members of the team Analysis and summary reporting of statistics on a weekly and monthly basis Social Account Management Responsibility for management of social accounts (includes Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube Development of ideas and creative (to be supported by other team members) Management and monitoring of publishing schedule, in line with overall marketing goals Analysis and summary reporting of statistics on a weekly and monthly basis Monitoring and management of customer reviews Responsibility for management of customer reviews via external review systems (includes Trustpilot, Google Certified Shops, Facebook etc) Writing responses to reviews (liaising with sales team where necessary) Magazine This role is expected to contribute to the planning, creation, writing and proofing of the quarterly in-house digital publication Magazine Content Creation and Copywriting Responsible for content creation Creation of call to action and brand awareness campaigns across a range of media and media formats Copywriting in line with the agreed content strategy and SEO requirements for each brand Proof-reading of content, as well as providing proof-reading support for other members of the marketing team You will need to have some experience of the following, although training will be provided. Experience working in a marketing role Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Use of web, social and analytics data for sales/marketing activities Experience of creating and writing targeted B2C and/or B2B content Good understanding of customer segmentation and targeting Data analysis and report creation skills Highly organised, efficient and able to implement a project plan Working knowledge of software tools to create campaigns, including CRM, email broadcast software (Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp etc) Working knowledge of Hootsuite and / or Tweetdeck to schedule social media content Interest in keeping on top of evolving trends in a fast-paced, digital environment A working knowledge of SEO, keywords and current search engine trends Working knowledge of Excel This is a permanent job with full time office hours Monday to Friday.
