Supplier Management Analyst
Support the IT Supplier & Asset Manager with implementing Supplier Management best practice and continual service improvements. The overall management and control of the operation of formal contracts for supply of products and services. Day to day duties (Supplier Management Analyst) - To support the governance and strategic approach of Supplier Management. - To ensure the defined Supplier Management policies, processes, procedures, templates and work instructions are adhered to, raising any breaches to the IT Supplier & Asset Manager. - Manages supplier performance and develop strategies to address under-performance and compliance failures. - Role based between London and Cornwall. Experience (E) - Experience of Supplier Management best practice or as a Supplier Management Analyst previously. (E) - Have experience of working in an ITIL framework and identifying areas of improvement (E) - Show evidence of continual service improvements to take Supplier Management to the next level. (E) - Confident to challenge, question and improve current working methods and processes where necessary. (E) - Good attention to detail with organisational and process design skills (E) - Good communication skills and customer focus. (E) - Diligent and thorough approach to problem solving (D) - Knowledge and experience of working in a HE environment (D) - Understanding of ISO 19770 & ISO 20000 Please apply with your latest CV and contact details.
