Customer Service Apprenticeship
Ever since we first opened our doors, our growth and success has been based on great customer service. Now, we’re delighted to be able to offer one outstanding apprentice the chance to grow with us.
If you’re as passionate about helping people as we are, this is the perfect opportunity to pick up all the skills you need for a long, successful career in customer service – while working towards a National Apprenticeship qualification at levels 1, 2 and 3.
What you’ll be doing
The successful apprentice will gain a broad set of service skills by fulfilling all kinds of duties around the office and showroom, including:
- Providing customers with face-to-face help
- Answering calls from customers and suppliers
- Completing and filing paperwork
- Updating our various web platforms
What you need
We’re looking for someone that’s extremely interested in the world of customer service, and is more comfortable giving someone a helping hand than a hard sell.
A friendly, outgoing and confident personality is the most important thing we’re looking for, but you’ll also need to have at least 5 GCSEs at grade C or above.
A valid UK driving licence (or progression towards one) is a major advantage – as is the ability to make a great cup of tea!
