Our client is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant owned by an experienced chef who trained with Raymond Blanc and Michael Caines and held Michelin star himself. They are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their very friendly team made up of a small brigade of 6, three on duty per shift.

This is a beautiful harbourside location in a well-known Cornish ???foodie??? coastal town. 40 cover restaurant with 20 cover outside terrace. Seasonal but still busy in the winter with good local trade, year round operation, open 7 days a week. There is also in house ice cream shop (made on the premises) and deli.

Hours: Full time ??? 5 days a week, varying splits and straight shifts. Two full days off per week.
Rate of Pay: ??20k + share of very generous tips
Cuisine: Modern British
