Senior Support Worker - 6/9 month FTC
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Worker to join Beyond Limits based in the Plymouth area.

This post will be fixed term to cover maternity leave, but may lead to further opportunities within a forward thinking and growing organisation.
We are recruiting a senior support worker to work within a team for Diane. Diane is a young, intelligent woman with a zest for life. Diane is a very sociable person. Diane enjoys day trips, car boots and small trips away. Diane has mental health needs and her team will have to be flexible but consistent, calm and confident when she is testing their commitment to her. We provide personalised training within our induction. NVQ would be an advantage but not required as we can develop your skills to work towards this. It is beneficial if you are a car driver but not essential.
We are looking to recruit a senior support worker to join an already motivated and dedicated team. As senior support worker you will work alongside the team leader. The senior support worker will show leadership in the absence of the team leader. You will support Diane in her own home to build on her independence, provide emotional support and help explore fresh opportunities for Diane to gain employment and develop new friendships with people who share similar interests.

In return for this you will receive a salary of £16,995 per annum pro rata plus:
