Are you a PA looking for your next challenge or do you want to start your career as a PA?

If so, Mitrem Recruitment would like to hear from you! We are recruiting for a PA to join our client's established expanding team based in Tavistock.

As the PA you will be working alongside a Para planner and Financial Advisor to support them in an administration capacity. You will be working in a bubbly and friendly team, within an open office environment.

Your duties as the PA will include but will not be limited to:

- Dealing with Clients - booking appointments, responding to queries etc.

- Producing and sending out letters, emails and general correspondence

- Act as the first point of contact for all external parties

- Monitoring and updating diaries

- Preparation of documents for meetings

- Producing client correspondence

- Completion of paperwork in line with company policy

- Use of internal systems to research and produce reports

This role has the scope to grow and there are progression paths within the company, after your probation period you will be able to complete various financial qualifications should you wish to progress. Full training will be given.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Confident when communicating with staff and clients

- Administration experience

- Experience working within a financial planning company; desired but not essential

- Excellent organisation and communication skills

- Mathematically minded

Salary: GBP15,000 - GBP17,000per annum
