Lead Collaboration - Skype for Business - Permanent - Cornwall Austin Fraser is currently recruiting for a permanent Skype for Business Lead to join a world leader in their industry. Overview: Manage the day to day operations within the platform services You'll be expected to be a proactive within the management and technical leadership of the Skype for Business platforms. You'll be responsible for continually improving the Collaboration services and support it's ongoing needs Responsibilities: Deliver all Skype for Business services successfully Represent the Collaboration services on a daily and/or weekly basis in board meetings Mentor junior staff within the Collaboration team Identify and undertake all service improvements in the Skype for Business areas Work closely with other teams within IT to provide an exceptional service throughout Contribute to proposed solutions to ensure they are fit for purpose and cost effective Objectives: Deliver all Skype for Business Collaboration Services Lead and deliver positive changes within Skype for Business from a technical perspective Ensure all Skype for Business services are maintained to the correct architectural and technical specifications Be a stakeholder in determining the affect new releases will have on current live services Deliver updates and solutions to the Skype for Business Collaboration Services Drive operational success across the Collaboration Services Skills: In depth understanding, knowledge and expertise in collaboration, enterprise voice and unified communications environments. Possess excellent UC troubleshooting skills and knowledge of problem resolutions methodologies Demonstrate in depth experience managing complex Skype for Business environments Ability to mentor junior staff Experience managing small projects Excellent in depth experience in the delivery of Skype for business on premise and online solutions including Enterprise voice in a large Enterprise environment Ability to write technical documentation and operation manuals Ability to delegate staff whilst maintaining technical control Ideally Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Messaging) or equivalent Good knowledge of Office 365 Good working knowledge of ADDS, Azure DirSync, Azure AD Sync/Connect, Powershell Please apply for more details.
