Are you highly organised? Can you support a busy sales team with your Administration skills? You will be responsible for providing full Administration Support to the sales staff so that they can use the free time to maximise sales. Taking on this role you'll be expected to ensure the telesales remain proactive and exceed the company expectations on activity levels.Expectations-Consistently answer more calls than any of the outbound sales team.-Take all inbound calls between 9.30 - 12:30pm to ensure telesales can make outbound calls. If there is over-spill from other teams, it is the responsibility of ALL Coordinators to answer these calls.-Complete Debtors lists on time-Assist marketing with weekly campaigns-Report any problems with hitting team sales or performance target immediately to the Office Manager-Manage the promotions introduced by telesales / reps-A proactive approach to sales-You are judged by the performance of your team so the more assistance you give them by removing tasks the better they will performYour duties as an experienced Administrator, will include: -Answer the majority of inbound calls within three rings to the sales department. This should be the primary focus between official Telesales call out periods. -As team co-coordinator, ensure daily activity levels are exceeded.-Assist in the preparation of prospecting lists-Raise quotes and contracts-Input all orders-Improve margins and order values via Switch sells, link sells, add a line & up selling -Use Account Manager to update information held -Add prospect details to assist sales team-Participate in organised activities such as campaigns-Respond to and follow up sales enquiries -Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills -Send out emails -Raise welcome packs and set customers up for online ordering -Switch customers to electronic invoicing-Organise promotions -Call customers as agreed with team-Credit control-Source products and product information-Make appointments for Business Development Managers-Prepare gap analysis for the sales to use-Chase back orders on a daily basis and inform the customers of any delaysIf you have administration experience please apply on-line today.
