I am looking for a Sous Chef for a beautiful hotel overlooking the rugged and very popular North coast of Cornwall. A rare opportunity to work in Newquay at a senior level.

You will be required to support senior chefs and producing high quality food to guests and visitors of this iconic hotel.

You will need to have worked in a large catering operation previously as you will be assisting the Head chef to manage a successful hard working brigade. The Hotel caters for large functions and weddings and also has a trendy new brasserie and rosette fine dining restaurant therefore skills in all departments required.

This hotel is offering a competitive salary and the perfect candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate and able to assist the Head and Executive chefs in leading a kitchen team.

You will be able to work under pressure, as part of team and have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a Rosetted kitchen.

This is a Full-time, permanent position and will include evenings and weekends. Due to location full driving licence and own transport beneficial. No live in available.
