Waiter/Waitress & Bar Person - St Petroc's Bistro

St Petroc's Bistro was the second of Rick Stein and Jill Stein's restaurants opened in 1988. Our Bistro has grown over the years specialising in bistro food from Britain, France, Spain and Italy. In 2016 Ruby's Bar was opened next door to St Petroc's Bistro, our front of house team look after guests at both St Petroc's Bistro and Ruby's Bar.

We're passionate about providing the best service to our customers and developing our people to be the best that they can be. We take pride in being a family business that has been delivering exceptional service to our customers since our first restaurant, The Seafood Restaurant, was opened in Padstow in 1975.

Responsibilities as Waiter/ Waitress & Bar Person:


Demonstrating the best possible level of service at all times.
Taking care of allocated tables during service and taking food and drink orders to tables.
Continually building upon company and product knowledge.
Taking orders and processing them on EPOS.
Reporting any problems or issues with guests to the manager on duty.
Supporting with running the bar.
