SALES CONSULTANT – PREMIUM BRAND DEALERSHIP
Our client is a multi-award winning dealership, part a large dealership Group with 37 franchise dealerships throughout Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset representing 13 different brands, and committed to their principles of honest dealing, customer service and staff welfare.
This dealership is entering very exciting times with 2016 seeing significant growth in both New and Used car volumes for their brand and with the launch of yet another highly anticipated new model later this year, volume growth is forecast to continue. As such, they are now looking to recruit an additional Sales Consultant to join their award winning team.

Based at a central dealership, you will be responsible for developing new and used sales and profitability by delivering outstanding customer experiences following Group processes and operating standards.
Whilst experience in a similar role within a main dealership is highly desirable, consideration will be given to candidates who can demonstrate a successful sales career over a period of not less than 2 years in other business sectors.
You will need to demonstrate:

That you are driven by results and have real determination to succeed.
A desire to develop a long term career in the premium motor sector.
Educational / work history.
A full clean driving licence.
