The Position

We are looking for a Receptionist to come and join the team. We are looking for a strong, motivated individual, ideally someone who has previously worked within Guest relations and has excellent experience in dealing with complaints. The person will be a team player who is adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills ensuring all guest receive the 5 star standard experience.

Responsibilities

- Ensure the smooth day to day running of the reception desk
- Ensuring that the guest experience exceeds expectations
- Dealing with customer complaints, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and an appropriate manner
- The check in of guests informing them of the resort facilities and checking out guests and processing payments via the appropriate method

The Person

- Ability to work under pressure
- High standard of personal presentation
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- The ability to build relationships with guests
- Excellent customer services and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reception is operational seven days a week so flexibility with evening and weekend work is required
- Previous experience within a similar role is highly desirable
