An exciting unique role with our client a top award winning company based in Plymouth is looking for a Sales Coordinator.

This full-time and permanent position requires excellent administration skills , along with the ability to support, lead and encourage a sales call centre environment team, experience in sales because of this would be hugely advantageous

GBP18,000 basic + commission / Monday to Friday 9am -5pm

The Role:

- Provide administration to the call centre team
- Answer all incoming calls between crucial sale hours to free the team to make their outbound sales calls.
- Credit control and chase backorders on a daily basis and inform customers of any delays.
- Motivate , encourage and provide support to your team.
- Input all orders
- Improve margins & order values via switch sells. link sells, add a line & up selling.
- Prepare gap analysis for the sales to use
- General administration duties

Skills Required :

- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent people skills and communication skills
- Able to motivate a team and a positive can do attitude
