Like all houses, at times our customer's houses need to be repaired and our team of planners arrange with customers suitable times for appointments for our specialist repairs staff. To be able to do this well they have to be very organised, good at managing diary appointments and able to think outside of the box when necessary. They also have to ensure that they are getting all of the right information from the customer to be able to diagnosis the problem that needs to be fixed and send the right repair colleague to fix it.

Not only do you have to be confident to speak with customers you will need to be confident sharing and gathering information with your colleagues to make every effort to fix the customer's repair first time. You do not have to have worked in a repairs Planner role previously (but if you have that would be brilliant). You will however need to be a driven individual and natural leader to maintain the high standards of performance for both the team and the business utilising organisational skills and ability to interpret report to focus the performance of the team to hit their targets. For us, you have to be confident in your decision making skills and willing to learn in a busy role.
