Voids & Allocations Team Leader

12 month contract

up to £27,500 pa

37.5 hrs pw

Stonewater are seeking a self-motivated and innovative team leader, to join our specialist team in Bristol.  You should be committed to delivering excellent customer service and to helping our dedicated team deliver excellence in performance.

You will provide line management support and direction to the Voids and Allocations Officers in the team, delivering an excellent, customer-focused service to customers seeking housing with Stonewater.

You should be comfortable with monitoring and motivating your team, helping them to both achieve and exceed performance targets.

You will play an active role co-ordinating the advertising and allocation of Stonewater’s portfolio of properties, working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high quality and effective service, ensuring that allocation and letting of properties are appropriate and timely.

Reporting to the Allocations Manager, you will provide assistance to and deputise for, as required. 

You should have a thorough understanding of legislations and regulation relating to allocations and have the ability to prepare appropriate marketing strategy for individual schemes.

Ideally you should have experience in a similar role with excellent customer service skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.  This needs to be complimented with good organisational skills, IT literacy in business applications, strong literacy and numerical skills and the ability to work with spreadsheets.
