We offer support to help people believe in their own potential and achieve their vocational goals, whatever challenges they face.
£21,635 per annum | East Cornwall
37 hours per week, fixed term contract of 1 year
You will identify and assess suitable potential employment and work place opportunities for clients, develop health related action plans with
clients and provide ongoing support to clients on a on-to-one basis.
You will also monitor, evaluate and review progress; train, coach and develop others, as well as plan, organise and prioritise your workload effectively.
Furthermore, you will liaise with and develop good working relationships with outside organisations
